Ingredients
- 100g king oyster mushroom (about 2 large pieces)
- 1 tablespoon mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1.5 tablespoon sesame oil
- 0.25 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
- sesame seeds (optional)
- black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the king oyster mushrooms in half lengthways
- In a microwaveable bowl, place the mushrooms and add mentsuyu, sesame oil and chicken bouillon powder.
- Microwave on medium high (600 watts) for 3 minutes.
- Stir and let it sit for a while. Serve with sesame seeds and black pepper on top (optional)
Notes
- If you have 2x concentrated mentsuyu, use 1.5 tablespoons.
- You can try with other kinds of mushrooms like shimeji mushrooms or enoki mushrooms
