You probably wouldn’t think about adding tofu to your green salad. But let me tell you, tofu is actually an excellent topping for salad. An easy protein addition.
Here’s an easy and quick tofu salad recipe!
Ingredients (Servings 2)
- 1 bowl of green leafs / lettuce
- 150g or half a packet of silky tofu
- 0.5 – 1 tablespoon of shiokonbu (seasoned kelp strips)
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Instructions
- Place your choice of green in a salad bowl. Add any other vegetables of your choice.
- Add tofu on top.
- Add shiokonbu (seasoned kelp strips) on top and drizzle sesame oil over.
- Ready and serve!
Notes
- Adjust the amount of shiokonbu (seasoned kelp strips) to your liking
- Sasame seeds on top is also a nice option.
- In the picture above, I have added tiny dried shrimp.
