Who doesn’t like burger and who doesn’t like Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ)? I’d say NOBODY!! (or not many people at least). So here it is, a Yakiniku Burger. Definitely an energy booster meal!
Ingredients (Servings 2)
- Burger buns
- 250g of thinly sliced beef
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 2-3 tablespoons of Yakiniku sauce
- 0.5 teaspoon grated garlic
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
Instructions
- Heat a pan and cook the beef until brown, no longer pink.
- Add grated garlic and Yakiniku sauce. Mix well and cook until thickens.
- Toast the buns, place lettuce leaves, mayonnaise, and cooked beef on top.
- Enjoy your burger!
Notes
- There are many different kinds of Yakiniku sauce. Garlic flavor, sweet flavor, soy sauce flavor etc. You and try different ones and find your favorite!
